We offer 7-day returns for all customers, please note that a return shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We stand firmly by the quality of our jewelry. With our 100-day warranty, you can shop with confidence knowing that your purchase is protected. If your item sustains any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry. This warranty does not extend to lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, or improper use and/or storage of your product. The product would be considered ineligible if any modifications have been made after purchase.
